THE CHALLENGE
Johnson Development needed an experiential event that could introduce the Veranda community in a way that felt elevated, social, and lifestyle-driven—moving beyond traditional real estate marketing tactics.
The event needed to attract prospective residents while creating a memorable guest experience that reflected the atmosphere, energy, and aspirational lifestyle associated with the Veranda brand.
In addition to producing a polished guest experience, the event also required coordinated entertainment programming, food and beverage experiences, guest engagement activations, and branded environmental design that encouraged social interaction and community connection.

We approached Vino & Veranda as a hospitality-driven lifestyle activation designed to immerse guests in the social and entertainment experience of the Veranda community.
