THE CHALLENGE

The McDonald’s All American Games required a high-impact celebration that reflected the cultural influence of its Gen Z athletes. With only three months to plan, the event needed to deliver immersive brand experiences, multi-level activations, and a seamless guest experience within a complex venue environment.

 

THE STRATEGY 

We developed a strategy focused on immersive, multi-sensory engagement—blending basketball culture with fashion, music, and interactive brand moments. Every element was designed to maximize visibility, audience interaction, and brand impact across the full experience.

 

THE EXECUTION

  • Multi-level venue transformation at POST Houston

  • Custom-built activation zones and branded environments

  • Mirrored Photo Entry Moment and branded staging elements

  • Interactive Rodeo activation and Drip Zone experience

  • Glow-in-the-dark basketball court turned DJ dance floor

  • Full coordination of fabrication, vendors, and onsite execution

On the day of the event, unexpected weather forced a complete redesign of the layout. Our team quickly restructured the setup in real time—shifting activations, adjusting logistics, and executing the full experience seamlessly before guest arrival.
