THE CHALLENGE 

IIDA Houston Product Runway required more than a traditional runway show—it demanded a highly immersive live production experience capable of matching the creativity, innovation, and theatrical energy of Houston’s architecture and interior design industry.

With over 1,300 attendees, multiple competing design teams, sponsor activations, live performances, backstage coordination, and high-profile industry participation, the event required seamless operational management while maintaining a cinematic audience experience from start to finish.

In addition to large-scale production execution, the event also required an aggressive multi-phase marketing strategy designed to build momentum, drive sponsorship visibility, increase ticket sales, and position Product Runway as one of Houston’s premier design-industry events.
