THE CHALLENGE
Sienna Toddler Fair needed to evolve beyond a traditional family event and become a large-scale lifestyle experience that reflected the energy, growth, and family-first identity of the Sienna community.
The goal was not only to maintain the event’s long-standing popularity, but to elevate it year-over-year—attracting prospective homebuyers, increasing community engagement, and reinforcing Sienna’s position as one of Houston’s premier master-planned communities.
The event also required large-scale operational coordination, scalable programming, and crowd management capable of supporting thousands of attendees within a highly active public environment.
THE STRATEGY
As a trusted event partner for nearly a decade, we worked closely with Johnson Development to continuously evolve the Sienna Toddler Fair into a highly anticipated annual destination experience.
We approached the event as a multi-zone experiential environment designed to increase guest interaction, dwell time, sponsor visibility, and overall community engagement.
