THE CHALLENGE

Granite Properties sought to evolve their Together We Give initiative into a scalable, multi-location event platform.

Granite Properties’ Together We Give initiative required more than a traditional tenant appreciation event—it needed to activate multiple properties while delivering a meaningful, community-driven experience.

The challenge was to design a scalable event series that could engage large volumes of guests, maintain energy across multiple locations, and deliver measurable impact for both children and assisted living communities.

Snack Box Initiative for Boys & Girls Club

THE STRATEGY

As a trusted partner for over 13 years, we worked closely with Granite Properties to evolve the Together We Give series into a repeatable, high-impact event platform.

Our approach focused on combining entertainment, engagement, and philanthropy into one cohesive experience—ensuring that every guest interaction contributed to a larger purpose.

The strategy centered on:

  • Designing scalable event formats across multiple locations

  • Creating high-energy themed environments to drive participation

  • Integrating hands-on giving opportunities into the guest experience

  • Delivering a consistent, high-quality experience across all properties

THE EXECUTION

​Each event was designed as a high-energy, purpose-driven activation:

Over a two-week period, our team transformed five Granite Properties office lobbies into fully immersive event environments

each designed to engage tenants while supporting a larger community mission.

Key elements included:

  • Baseball-themed summer activations with interactive entertainment

  • Buffet-style food and beverage experiences

  • Live entertainment and special guest appearances

  • Interactive snack box assembly stations supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs

  • Seamless coordination of logistics, vendors, and production across all locations

  • Winter holiday events supporting local assisted living communities

Each environment was designed to feel dynamic, engaging, and purpose driven encouraging participation while maintaining operational efficiency.

MULIT - LOCATION EXECUTION AT SCALE

Executing across five locations in two weeks required precision, coordination, and adaptability.

Our team managed simultaneous activations ensuring that each location delivered the same level of energy, engagement, and quality experience.

From logistics and vendor coordination to guest flow and programming, every detail was executed seamlessly resulting in a unified event series across multiple properties.
